I cannot fault the service I received from Courtney and Hudson Rose. From my initial consultation, to getting my DIP, to my final mortgage offer, their communication, expertise and customer service was impeccable. I felt listened to and respected throughout. We are first time buyers and were recommended Hudson Rose. James supported us through our mortgage journey. It was fantastic having someone that was super down to earth, explained everything super simply for us (as first time buyers we didn’t have a clue of the jargon, etc.), and got everything completed for us quickly. We weren’t nervous to ask questions as James made us feel at ease and didn’t assume our knowledge level, and made this whole daunting process super easy to handle. They also use reliable and user friendly systems to upload documents to, and have thought about the customer experience every step of the way. As a first time buyer they made the process so easy and straightforward. An online portal made entering my details and documents straightforward and easy.Courtney was fantastic at going through the various options available and finding a competitive rate.Although I didn't go with the income protection quote they offered (I preferred to keep it with the same provider as my company healthcare) there was no hard sell.Never any problems with getting in contact with anyone and I go replies back promptly should I have any questions.Will definitely use them again when it comes to remortgaging.

Worth paying for. It seemed quite expensive compared to free mortgage advisors and going direct, but the level of service that Johnny provided us was exceptional. Not only does he sort all of the paperwork, liaise with our solicitors and estate agents, but he also provided invaluable advice on buying a house, helped us with complexities of porting my current mortgage to the new property with a new mortgage too, and when my current mortgage runs out will help us change it to the best rate. He tracks all current mortgage rates and offers to make sure that we have the best deal right up until completion, something that we wouldn’t have time for or the knowledge to do. We very much recommend this service.

Met with Guy to discuss a remortgage.Guy took all the info I gave him, had done his homework and suggested some mortgage options.He was open and honest about the products on offer not being as good as our existing lender's offer.It was excellent to get good, sensible advice, despite no likelihood of a "sale". Next time we need mortgage finance, we'll be heading g straight to Hudson Rose.

We have used Graham and his colleagues at Hudson Rose for mortgage advice on our last three mortgages and they have been consitently helpful and have provided excellent advice.Our most recent mortgage was relatively complex to arrange and Graham and his colleagues provdided brilliant help and advice, made really helpful suggestions in terms of structuring the mortgage and used their high quality relationships with lenders to secure very good pricing at a time when rates were moving upwards.Graham also went the extra mile when we discovered that a ultility company had erroneously placed an inaccurate entry on our credit record. Cant recommend these guys highly enough, I initially spoke with Graham after a personal recommendation who handed me over to Guy to deal with a remortgage and associated life assurance etc. Made something i wasn't looking forward to into something that was easy and straightforward, all the options laid out in a straightforward manner. Great at keeping in touch and always available for those last minute questions. Went over and above just finding me a mortgage, Guy was a great help with the whole remortgage process and took the time to find out what I actually needed a mortgage for and the best ways for me to achieve what I was after .I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Hudson Rose to anyone, especially anyone who is not familiar with, or comfortable dealing with, finances and 'financial products' as they did a great job of explaining everything to me in a way I could understand and backed all their advice up with sound reasoning that made sense to me. Graham calmly and patiently answered my myriad questions, giving me a range of options to suit every eventuality and coming up with a very straightforward, sensible solution. Graham is not only very knowledgeable and experienced, but he's quick-witted and funny which makes what could otherwise be a fairly stressful process a complete breeze. Also, in the middle of a pandemic, when our chain was threatening to collapse, Graham's industry knowledge saved the day. I can't say we plan to move again any time soon but, when we do, we'll be using Graham again!

Graham and the Hudson Rose team have helped us with our mortgage on several occasions - the first shortly after I moved to self employed status when other advisers said I was too 'tricky'.
